Join Morag McLaren for a masterclass/workshop/conversation that explores the topic of comedy and laughter through song.

Morag piloted this workshop online during Covid lockdown realising more than ever, that the human need to laugh had to be taken very seriously indeed! She also thought it made sense to lean on and share her extensive professional experience of performing comic repertoire.

It is with great pleasure that Morag can come offline and further devise this workshop by putting it on its feet at Cooper Hall.

Participants will be expected to come with a vocal piece from any musical genre that they find funny, or amusing in some way. Much more will he gained from the workshop if the piece is off copy.

The workshop will start at 10am, and will conclude with be a very informal presentation at 5.30pm.
